Ask the Productivity Coach is a live CLE program with opportunities to share, learn and explore! I will provide tips, tricks and best practices on a specific productivity topic for each session. We will have time for discussion, question and answer with attendees.

When lawyers capture, bill and collect more of their time at work, revenues increase and profitability improves. How lawyers manage themselves and others can influence profitability positively or negatively. In this “Ask the Productivity Coach” CLE we will explore how it is not always about working longer or harder. We can improve profitability by working smarter.
